- IUScholarWorks Repository, Journal Publishing and Data Management Services
The IUScholarWorks Repository allows IU-affiliated researchers and graduate students to easily make their scholarly materials openly available on the web, centrally archived and preserved for the long term. IUScholarWorks also provides both an Open Access journal publishing platform, and data management services to help researchers comply with grant funding agency mandates and better steward their data for the long term.
- Statistical Data Services
Serving statistical data users at IUB is a collaborative endeavor of the IU Libraries and various research or supporting units on the Bloomington campus, including the Political Science Data Laboratory and Archive, the Karl F. Schuessler Institute for Social Research, and the Stat/Math Center of University Information Technology Services (UITS). Staff in the Government Information, Maps and Microform Services unit of the Herman B Wells Library coordinates the access to statistical information as well as the collection development and management of statistical data resources to meet burgeoning statistical data needs of the Indiana University community. We acquire and manage an extensive collection of statistical information resources in both print and electronic format.
SAVAIL is a multidisciplinary technical lab that enables folklorists, ethnomusicologists, anthropologists and musicologists to analyze sound and movement as well as produce documentary materials for the presentation of research and the creation of examples for classroom use.
The Institute for Digital Arts and Humanities links a network of disciplinary experts and highly technical faculty and support staff who work in interdisciplinary teams on collection-building, tool-building, and the development of appropriate methods for study and analysis of collections.
