    The UITS Computer Lab (Room M373)?
    On the third floor (two floors up from the floor you enter on) (Room M373). Go up the stairs and turn immediately to your right. Or go up the elevator and turn to your left. Phone: 855-2184.
    Schedule of Reserved Labs and Staffing Hours / Student Technology Center
    Computers with MIDI keyboards?
    On the third floor on the south side (in carrels 3-1/3-20 (Mac), 3-33/3-34, 3-41/3-42, 3-71/3-90 (PC)). In the computer cluster on the third floor (Room M373).
    The restrooms?
    On the first floor opposite the circulation desk. On the second and third floors in the same position.
    A drinking fountain?
    By the restrooms on each floor.
    The photocopiers?
    In a room marked "Copy Room" on the first floor (Room M162). From the entrance, turn your right, then it is immediately on the right (behind the pillar opposite the reference desk).
    A change machine for the photocopier?
    In the second-floor lounge in the "round building" of the School of Music (Music Annex). Note that the photocopiers (generally) make change for all silver coins as well as $1 and $5 bills.
    Photocopy cards for purchase?
    Campus Access Card Offices and the Herman B Wells Library on 10th and Jordan sell the Campus Access Card. Guest Access Cards may also be purchased at any Value Transfer Station (VTS). There is a VTS in the copy room of the music library.  Once you have purchased the card, you may then add money to it. Campus Access cards save you the task of finding change for the machines, and the copies are cheaper (10 cents per page rather than 15 cents).

    Faculty/Staff/Student ID cards:
    Money may be added to your CampusAccess (ID card) at any Value Transfer Station (VTS) located on the Bloomington campus. Or if you need to pay by check, you can use the Copy Machines Office in the Herman B Wells Library, Room 043A (M-F 8:15 am-5 pm) & Copies and More at the IMU.

    Departmental cards:
    Contact the account manager of your department for information on how to obtain a departmental card.

    Guest cards:
    Guest cards may be purchased from any Value Transfer Station (VTS) located on the Bloomington campus. There is a VTS located in the copy room of the music library. If you need to pay by check, you can use the Copy Machines Office in the Herman B Wells Library, Room 043A (M-F 8:15 am-5 pm) & Copies and More at the IMU.

    The microform readers?
    On the first floor in the south-west (3rd Street) corner (large tables and in carrels 1-66, 1-69). From the library entrance, walk straight ahead towards the glass double doors. Before passing through the doors, turn right. The microform readers are located at the end of the hall on your left.
    The cassette players?
    On the first floor on the south (3rd Street) side (in carrels 1-47/1-48).
    The CD players?
    On the first floor on the south (3rd Street) side (in carrels 1-46, 1-49/1-50, 1-57/1-58).
    The reel-to-reel tape or DAT players?
    If you would like to listen to a reel-to-reel tape recording or a DAT recording, send an email to digitize [at] indiana.edu. The recording will be digitized and you will receive and a notice sent to your e-mail account when the item is ready.
    The turntables for playing LPs?
    In the south-west corner of the first floor (in carrels 1-69/1-71). From the library entrance, walk straight ahead towards the glass double doors. Before passing through the doors, turn right. The turntables are located at the end of the hall on you left.
    The VCRs/Laser Disc players?
    In the south-west corner of the first floor (in carrels 1-51/1-56).
    Research Carrels?
    Research carrels are located throughout the library. Students may reserve a research carrel for one semester and renew them at the end of the term. To reserve a carrel you will need to complete and submit the Online Carrel Application.
