About Biochemistry

Biochemistry integrates the chemical and biological sciences. It combines several aspects of biochemistry, biophysics, molecular biology, structural biology, cell biology, and genetics along with organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry. Research in the field frequently crosses boundaries into medical sciences and studies nearly all aspects of the structure, function, and dynamics of proteins, nucleic acids, and other biomolecules.
